2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

3. No Real Money Gambling

6. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. However, as Glowcave Mania provides an entirely free service with no purchases, certain provisions regarding refunds and commercial guarantees are not applicable.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Glowcave Mania shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Your exploration of the Glowcave is at your own risk.
